Melissa, our co-founder, has spent decades grooming dogs professionally. In her van, she kept meeting the same discouraged pet parent — trying to keep up with brushing at home, and it wasn't working. The products on shelves were generic: a spray, a foam, nothing that added up to an actual system. The only advice was to brush more. It didn't tell them what to do differently. It just left them feeling behind.
