1. Shipping Policy

At Bloom Groom, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 12 PM ET will be shipped the same day. However, please note that during periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $45.

Flat $5 Shipping Fee: For orders under $45, a flat shipping fee of $5 will apply.

Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us at info@bloomgroomco.com after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your request. Any expedited costs will be billed accordingly.

We currently only offer shipping within the United States, and shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to love your Bloom Groom Co. products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return guidelines below:

Unused Products Only: We can only accept returns for unused and unopened products. We are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened or used.

Return Process: If you decide you no longer want your purchase, please email us at info@bloomgroomco.com. We will help you coordinate the return.

Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges: At this time, we do not process exchanges directly. If you would like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
