1. Shipping Policy
At Bloom Groom, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Most orders placed by 12 PM ET will be shipped the same day. However, please note that during periods of high order volume, there may be slight delays. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
Flat $5.95 Shipping Fee: For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $5.95 will apply.
Expedited Shipping: If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us at info@bloomgroomco.com after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to try and accommodate your request. Any expedited costs will be billed accordingly.
We do ship globally. Click on the flag at the bottom of the page or enter your country at checkout to see if we support your region. All international shipping costs are carrier-calculated at checkout.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to love your Bloom Groom Co. products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return guidelines below:
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We want every customer and their dog to be happy with their purchase. If our products don't satisfy your needs, we'll take it back.
Return Process: Please email us at info@bloomgroomco.com letting us know what went wrong. We'll share the return address.
Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Exchanges: At this time, we do not process exchanges directly. If you would like a different product, please return the original, unused item and place a new order.
