Processing Time:
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Rates:
We offer standard shipping via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free Shipping on all orders over $35 (U.S. only).
Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Locations:
We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states). If you are located outside the U.S. and interested in ordering, please contact us directly at austin@bloomgroomco.com.
Delivery Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please reach out to us at austin@bloomgroomco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility
First-Time Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are trying one of our products for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us — we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund to help you find the right product for you and your pet.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Bundles and sets must be returned complete and unopened to qualify.
Final sale, promotional, or discounted items (30% off or more) are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at austin@bloomgroomc.com with:
Your order number.
The product(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.
We will respond within 1-2 business days with next steps and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged product).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
