Melissa has spent over a decade as a professional groomer, caring for every type of dog, coat, and concern. After years of seeing what worked (and what really didn’t), she knew there had to be a better way. Austin, with a background in brand and product development, saw the same gap — and the opportunity to build something more thoughtful, design-forward, and rooted in real expertise.

Together, we created Bloom Groom: a line of grooming products made with clean, science-backed ingredients, subtle scent profiles, and soothing textures that make everyday care feel calm and joyful — for dogs and the people who love them.
